ALBANY, GA – According to a press release from the City of Albany, Beginning Monday, March 20, 2023, at 8 a.m., Weymouth Drive will be closed from Ashford Drive to E. Doublegate Drive while crews replace a water valve. The road closure will not impact traffic heading east and west on Ashford Drive. Construction is expected to last about two days. However, the closure will remain in place until the work is complete. Drivers are encouraged to plan an alternate route while crews are working.
