ALBANY, Ga. – The Albany Police Department's Criminal Investigations Bureau would like to solicit law enforcement assistance with locating a woman wanted for terroristic threats and acts. 33-year-old Kenza Bailey allegedly made terroristic threats towards another via text messaging on May the 6th. This incident occurred within the Albany city limits.
