ALBANY, Ga. – The Albany Police Department's Criminal Investigations Bureau is seeking the public's assistance with locating 40-year-old Kinshasa Shropshire. Shropshire has warrants for his arrest relating to kidnapping, forced robbery, battery, and theft by taking a motor vehicle. His last known address was in the 1500 block of West Oakridge in Albany. He may be in possession of a firearm and should not be approached.
